The aromas of pineapple, white peach, nectarines and melon start the senses. On the palate you will also taste rockmelon, white peach and tropical fruits. This wine has a long length of flavour and a creamy mouth feel, finishing with elegant acidity.

Grapes sourced from the 6-acre Robinson vineyard where the 25-year-old vines are rooted in black sand over brown sandy loam. North-facing site, harvested early on the 18th February. Warmer & more stable microclimate here generates a fleshier, more satin textured wine. The early harvest & partial malo provide the requisite mouthwatering crunch.A powerful & intense Chardonnay. Single vineyard grown and hand picked from the celebrated cool climate region of Mornington Peninsula., only the finest fruit is used to create this elegant Chardonnay. Driven by white flesh peach and melon the bouquet is lifted by undertones of summer honeysuckle and citrus notes. On the palette stone fruit dominates, balanced with hints of tropical pineapple. A brief period on oak provides creamy cashew like nuttiness and velvet mouth feel. Food Match: Spring vegetables risotto, pine nut crusted trout fillets.

This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.
