Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

This is the flagship Cabernet of the Jim Barry stable. Ripe black fruits combined with a beautifully distinct earth, leather aromas with hints of dried fruits and sweet mulch.

Sourced from vineyards in the premium Adelaide Hills wine growing region, the Sauv Blanc shows a bursts of attractive tropical fruit and a delightfully crisp acidity that gives the wine a lingering, yet refreshing, finish.

This traditional blend has distinctive varietal characters of plums, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of violet flower. It is a wine of great length with textured soft tannins.

Malbec is used here to great effect, filling out the Cabernet and providing a fragrant, spicy lift. In the glass: Deep dark red. On the nose: Camphor, mint and wood smoke over ripe curranty fruit.On the palate: Shows sweet red berry with vanilla and leafy notes. Vibrant and fleshy, youthful and fruit-driven with some background cedary oak and spice complexity, chewy tannin depth and fresh acidity.
