The Adelaide Hills has positioned itself as the premier region for high quality Australian Sauvignon Blanc and after tasting Sidewood's Single Vineyard Sauv it isn't hard to see why. Bold flavours of citrus zest greet you on the nose and the initial palate followed by a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. Length of flavour is also a stand out feature of this artisan version of the very popular style.

Situated in the Adelaide Hills, the altitude and cool conditions of Nepenthe's vineyards are ideal for growing the Pinot Noir grape. And it seems that the rest of the country is starting to cotton on to the fact that this region is producing some of the most exciting examples currently available. Full of ripe cherry and raspberry flavours with a complementing acid structure and soft tannin backbone make this Pinot ideal for food pairing on a wide scale.

In the glass: Elegant, fine green straw.On the nose: Herb, melon and white flower driven by signatures of lemon and bergamot.On the palate: Full flavoured, rich and complex with wild ferment umami, broad, silken mouth-feel, a core of white melon and positive accents of herb and spice.

Acclaimed Riesling-maker, Jeff Grosset, turns his hand to Pinot Noir here with exceptional results. With fruit from the high altitude region of the Adelaide Hills, the resulting Pinot Noir is ethereal, structured and superbly fragrant. Wonderful varietal definition with more than enough fruit weight balance with superb acid and complexity.

High up in the Adelaide Hills, Paracombe is owned and operated by the Drogemuller family, which it has passionately done since 1983. Sourced from both estate and selected grower fruit, Paracombe Shiraz shows wonderful ripe fruit aromas with a delicate cool-climate aspect. Notes of cherries, plums, pepper and spice are notable along with a palate of layered spicy fruit and a fine tannin structure.

Bright medium red with purple hue in colour; On the nose: pronounced Blackcurrant, crushed wet leaves and dark plums, bouquet of wild violet and a decent amount of almost wet tobacco oak. A full bodied wine that has great length on the palate with firm but refined tannins. Simply outstanding in its class.

Dark garnet in colour with pronounced dark fruits, mint and oak on the nose. Another classic from the winery that showcase the regions true character. Full bodied mouth-fill with similar quality from the nose, a hint of metallic aftertaste on the palate. Gracefully lengthy finish.
