Only outstanding parcels of fruit are selected for Jacob's Creek Reserve Shiraz. This rich generous and complex Shiraz shows ripe blackberry fruit with hints of black pepper and subtle toasty oak.

Nose: Dark berries & spice notes and vanillin oak aromas. Palate: Shows dark fruits, chocolate and spice aromas, enhanced by cedar and vanilla notes. Spends 12 months in French oak.

Full-bodied dry red, deep purple with crimson hues. Ripe black cherry and red fruit characters on the nose along with cedar and nutmeg aromas finishing with fresh mint and spicey notes. Blueberry, blackcurrant and peppermint flavours mixed with lovely spicy oak makes for a complex and softly textured wine.

A beautifully fragrant nose of blackberry and all spice. The palate is long and luscious, displaying excellent fruit intensity with black and blueberries and a hint of black pepper.

Made from Vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita Single Vineyard. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. Blended Merlot 40%, Syrah 40% and Cabernet Sauvignon 20%. Smooth and less harshness of the blend making the wine easy. Stylish and beautifully expressed, the wine shows dark plum, sweet cherry, dried herb and toasted nut characters on the nose, followed by a rounded palate that's succulent and finely flowing.
