Hentley Farm winery is nestled into the foothills of the Western Barossa in Seppeltsfield. The wines produced from this part of Barossa are rich and supple. They are highly perfumed, with fine grained tannin profiles. La Petite Beauté is carefully nurtured from the vineyard to the bottle, gently basket-pressed, and ahed in French oak to preserve these beautiful characteristics. This Cabernet Sauvignon is textured with layers of dark berry flavours, dark chocolate and spice notes. It has a creamy texture with firm, yet fine grained tannin profile. Well balanced with a long fine finish.

Bright salmon pink. Strawberry, raspberry, orange blossom and dried herb aromas. Juicy red berry fruit core in a generous and flavoursome style with good structure, crunchy acidity and persistence finish.The Stonehaven winery was built in 1998 by Hardy’s, with a focus to express what the Limestone Coast can offer as a region. Now in the hands of C.W. Wines, we have released Stonehaven back into the market, with a refreshed look and campaign, targeting the modern-day wine drinker. Stonehaven's brand ethos is all about 'depth and discovery' and this is a key message carried throughout the branding, marketing, and most importantly the wines.

A moderately warm and early spring brought flowering on earlier than the long term average. Gentle slow ripening from summer months without extreme heat allowed for gradual ripening of tannins while retaining high levels of natural acidity in the fruit. Perfect for Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from the 20121 ‘Sfera’ Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from our Block 5 Cab Sauv. Machine harvested at night to retain freshness, before haulage to the winery. For us ‘oxygen’ is a bad word while in the winery. Only small amounts of gentle pumping over was needed for the 2021 year as the colour and tannin were already present from the vineyard. Pressing of skins took place on day 6 and the wine was transferred to stainless tanks. The 2021 Cabernet has hints of spearmint, dark chocolate and classic cigar box. Gliding tannin’s will see this wine sit in the tomb for many years to come. Pair with smelly cheeses or another bottle.

The Hesketh Twist of Fate Cab Sauv from the Limestone Coast Series is a true delight for the senses. The 2022 vintage boasts a deep, ruby-red color that glistens in the glass. A beautifully fragrant nose of blackberry and all spice. The palate is long and luscious, displaying excellent fruit intensity with black and blueberries and a hint of black pepper.
