Old Fortified
“Fortified” is an alternative name for a “Port” style wine. Woodstock Old Fortified has an average age of about 13 years. Wine industry pioneer and Woodstock’s founding father, Doug Collett made McLaren Vale Grenache and Shiraz fortifieds in the 1960’s and 1970’s. He aged them in old Brandy barrels for future generations. Today, his son Scott Collett, continues the fortified tradition at Woodstock with this fine example of an Australian style ‘Tawny Port’.
Kay Brothers Amery Vineyards Basket Pressed Grenache
Kay Brothers from McLaren Vale tread that delightful line between tradition and innovation perfectly. A rich and deep history in the region has seen them settle on some of best vineyard land in the region which helps produce juicy, pleasure-filled wines like this Basket Pressed Grenache. Lifted colours of purple and dark crimson in the glass give a preview to the layers of brambly fruit on the nose. Copious amounts of plush redcurrants and raspberry on the palate with a silken mouthfeel due to elegant tannin and bright acidity.

The Jesters of the Courts of Europe had one motivation, to entertain the household of a nobleman and his guests. The Jester, a modern day entertainer, is exactly that. Medium bodied with delicate, bright red fruit characteristics. Soft, supple, with a complete structure and fine grained tannins that lead to a long, savoury finish.
Michelini Teroldego
A unique cool climate red variety from Northern Italy, in the Trentini region.Known to be one of two growers in Australia at this time this wine shows dark red colour with spicy vibrant characters with a bold savoury finish. Enjoy this wine with slow cooked Winter meals or bold cheddar cheeses.
Welshmans Reef Vineyard Shiraz
Aromas of dark summer fruits set the stage for this gorgeous mid-weight Shiraz. Blackberries, currants and hints of raspberry are balanced against pepper and spice along with smooth French and American oak tannins to produce a wine with great depth of flavour. Awarded a Silver medal by the Melbourne International Wine Competition, so drink now or cellar for up to 10 years.

Lisa McGuigan Platinum Pinot Gris
A pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.
