Our blood oranges for our 2022 harvest spirit were sourced from a single orchard near Loxton. The oranges were then peeled and distilled with the finest botanicals within days of picking. Cool nights and sweltering days, typical of the region, produce the perfect growing conditions. Juicy, loud, and playful - they are paired with Riverland lemons and mandarins for citrus contrast and depth.

Prohibition Field Blend Shiraz Gin

Inspired by classical-style winemaking techniques, where grapes of different varietals are co-fermented. McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean style climate provides vignerons the perfect conditions for low acid, full bodied fruit. Textured and lifted, with notes of violets, elderflower, raspberries and a distinct piney juniper backbone, the perfect integration of gin botanicals and grape maceration.

Prohibition Original Gin

A delicate, contemporary dry gin with a burst of citrus from blood orange, ruby red grapefruit and Australian native lemon myrtle leaf, balancing spice of wormwood, pink peppercorns and ginger for warmth. Herbal juniper notes lengthened by green tea, with smooth, sweet vanilla adding mouth-feel and lavender bouquet to finish.
