Every good journey deserves a moment of introspection or Naval Gazing and so it is that our Navy Strength Gin earnt its name. Its hard to believe that 57.6% abv can drink so well neat and is equally at home in cocktails, or with any tonic for a great G&T.
Boatrocker Raspberry Gin
To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!
Dr Onyx Tonic Wax Platinum Whisky
Each 500ml spirit lid is manually dipped in wax with a silver foil swing tag, presented in a hand wax dripped, thick cardboard cylinder box. As each Gift Box is manually waxed, no two boxes are the same, some minor organic imperfections may be visible.Whisky:Distilleries began producing whisky in the late 18th century. Reid+Reid Barrel Aged Gin
This Barrel Aged Gin combines two great aspects of the Wairarapa: native bush and Pinot Noir. Distillers and brothers Stew and Chris Reid take their Native Gin, which uses three native botanicals (Kawakawa, Manuka and Horopito), and age it for three months in ex-Martinborough Pinot Noir French oak barrels.Not only is this Gin truly reflective of the region it is produced in, but it challenges your perception of what gin can be. Red currants, juniper and savoury oak. Light, peppery and floral spice on the palate followed by a sweetred fruit finish The perfect Gin all year round.

Our blood oranges for our 2022 harvest spirit were sourced from a single orchard near Loxton. The oranges were then peeled and distilled with the finest botanicals within days of picking. Cool nights and sweltering days, typical of the region, produce the perfect growing conditions. Juicy, loud, and playful - they are paired with Riverland lemons and mandarins for citrus contrast and depth.

Inspired by classical-style winemaking techniques, where grapes of different varietals are co-fermented. McLaren Vale’s Mediterranean style climate provides vignerons the perfect conditions for low acid, full bodied fruit.
