Wills Domain Mystic Spring Rosé

A lovely modern Rosé with attractive crunchy red fruits and refreshing acidity making it a perfect all-rounder with Asian food, but equally good on its own.Pale salmon pink. Strawberry, watermelon and a hint of rosemary. Slightly sweet palate entry offset by zesty lemon-lime acidity, with a bright core of red berries and background stonefruit, and terrific purity throughout. Very well made.

Cleanskin No 85 Margaret River Cabernet Merlot

Redolent of blackcurrant and fresh bay leaves, soft, juicy and finely structured. A great example of this blend so well suited to Margaret River.

Madfish Coastline Cabernet Merlot

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. Black and blue berries, red currants, plum compote and roasted chestnuts mingle with coffee, cocoa and hallmark Cabernet minty earthiness to create a quite beautiful wine.

The West Australian Collective is a new range of wine crafted by winemaker Teila Brunat. This is an elegant, full bodied red blend with blue fruits, dark cherry and complemented by hints of cassis, mint and underlying vanillin oak. The palate is rich, with a soft, easy drinking finish.
