The Taittinger Prestige Rose is a unique and complex blend. The signature Taittinger high proportion of Chardonnay (30%) brings elegance and delicacy to the blend, while a quantity of still red wine (15%) produced from the best Pinot Noirs from Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys is added to the final blend. It is this still red wine that gives the cuvee its unmistakable colour and vibrant intensity on the palate. The Prestige Rose can be described as lively, fruity, fresh and elegant.

A rich and expressive red fruit nose - blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry and Gariguette strawberry freshened with citrus, mandarin and blood orange. A finish lifted with paprika and saffron. This structure and fruitiness is enriched with warm, spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

The mid-palate is perfectly balanced, with the silky Meunier paving the way for a surprising aromatic finale of great depth and complexity, from the well-structured Pinot Noir.

A harmonious blend of 10% chardonnay imparting elegance and finesse, 45% pinot noir for roundness and structure and 45% meunier for fruitiness and soft, supple character. Evoking pure fruit and utterly thirst-quenching, this Rosé Champagne can be savoured as an aperitif at the first signs of sunshine, and is equally at home all year round with charcuterie, smoked salmon or the more classic match of red berry fruit desserts.
