Steingarten Eden Valley Riesling was the first Riesling of its kind in Australia, setting the benchmark for cool-climate Riesling for the past 50 years. A superb modern Australian dry Riesling which will richly reward patient and careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

Penfolds began releasing the Bin 51 Riesling in the 1990s as part of the evolving white wine development program. The Eden Valley was chosen as the region for this Riesling due to the high altitude and cool climate that results in wines of intense aromatics and superb textural mouth feel. Flavours of apples, pears and bright citrus are commonplace. The Bin 51 has also shown a great propensity to age in the bottle extremely well.

The 2019 (Feire) Blanc De Blancs Sparkling was made using an intricate process called Méthode Traditionnelle—the same time-honored approach used to make French Champagne. The Chardonnay fruit was picked early and sourced from the cool climate of Eden Valley, a high altitude sub-region in the Barossa. The freshly pressed juice is immediately settled and cold fermented in stainless steel. The base wine is tiraged and yeast is introduced into the bottle with sugar for a sec ondary fermentation under pressure (which creates the fine bead of bubbles). This wine was ‘En Tirage’ for three years where the secondary characters developed in the wine. It was hand-riddled in 2022 and disgorged in December the same year. The wine is ready to drink, but it will age gracefully for approximately 5 years. This Chardonnay cuvee is the epitome of finesse and elegance. (Colour) Medium straw (Nose) Freshly baked bread with grapefruit and white musk top-notes and mineral undertones (Palate) The Chardonnay grapes are picked early, when sugar levels are lower and acid levels are higher achieving balance and a crisp, flinty taste, on the palate. Since it is a vintage wine that has been aged on lees the complexity of flavours include lemon cream, honey, almond and toast - an impressive flavour profile whilst retain ing freshness and vibrant bubbles. The consistent fine bead is also noteworthy re sulting in a special offering and well beyond your standard Australian sparkling wine. This year it's Riesling's turn to shine and no one is doing a better, zestier wine than Taylors. St Andrews Riesling is a true labour of love that is hand-crafted from individually selected parcels of fruit that are grown on the family estate vineyards. This particular Clare Riesling vintage is still tight and restrained with a linear focus to the palate and purity of fruit flavours. There are lashings of fresh lemon/lime juice characters up front and a slate-like minerality across the mid-palate. It is backed up by a persistent and refreshing lime acid finish.

Leonay is one of Australia's classic Rieslings. A wine of great power and elegance with tremendous varietal defintion it can be enjoyed in it's youth but invariably improves in the bottle for many years.

1998 was the fourth successive drought vintage in the Clare Valley. This Riesling has a fuller orange blossom flavour and aroma produced from a drought year.

Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity.
