Brown Brothers Premium Brut Prosecco Non-Vintage

The colour is bright and vibrant with a youthful green hue. The nose shows lifted granny smith apple and pear notes along with a citrus undertone. The wine's tight natural acidity from the cool climate fruit make it perfect drinking young while at its light and delicate best.

La Tordera Prosecco Saomì DOC

Fruity rennet apple, notes of Mediterranean spice, vanilla and acacia. It is a well-balanced wine, very fresh, where the fruit aromas are enhanced by a good liveliness. Persistent and with an elegant aftertaste.

Brown Brothers Prosecco

With access to some of the very best vineyard land in the King Valley, Brown Brothers are able to craft an authentic Prosecco with all the hallmarks this style has become famous for. The elevated terroir produces a sparkling that is both crisp and gentle, with delicate lemon-pear flavours. Lively acidity through the palate complemented by a terrific long finish. The Italian influence here is for all to see. (Limited edition bottle**)

Mojo In Full Colour Prosecco Non-Vintage

South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state. It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines. Marty's resounding philosophy is "wine should tell a story about the terroir in which it's grown, needing lots of love but minimal handling by allowing the growers to do what they do best." Mojo In Full Colour Prosecco is appealing and approachable with aromas of fresh cut crunchy green apple and zingy but creamy lemon-lime highlights, think lemon meringue and fresh strawberries. The palate is soft and approachable with a mouth filling freshness balanced with brilliant crisp acidity. As a stand-alone, prosecco is always fantastic to kick things off, but you can never go wrong pairing with fresh eats, great with charcuterrie dishes like prosciutto with fresh rockmelon.

Michelini Prosecco Non-Vintage

A fun Italian style sparkling with a burst of citrus acidity and a dry finish. Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented for full flavour. This is the same method used for Champagne.

Cielo Prosecco Spumante Brut Non-Vintage

Cielo Prosecco spumante is a toast to our lovely territory where in 1530 our fellow citizen, Count Da Porto, wrote the Novel of Romeo & Juliet, whose Castels overlook our vineyards. Soft straw yellow. Fresh and floral bouquet, slightly aromatic. Fruited and elegant. Excellent for fine and light dishes and throughtout the day. 8-10 degrees.

6ft6 Prosecco

Light, crisp and clean with citrusy lemon curd, pear and honey notes. 6ft6 Prosecco 2014 has a fresh, sherbety mouthfeel that's smooth and balanced. True to style, this is uncomplicated (yet highly drinkable) bubbles.

Vino Intrepido Cold Fusion Prosecco

Col Fondo is the term used for bottle fermented Prosecco that is not disgorged. The term means ‘on the bottom’, referring to the lees sediment in the bottle that the wine continues to develop on Cold Fusion is a theoretical type of nuclear reaction that occurs at or near room temperature. Much like cold fusion, the grape name prosecco is contentious, as in Italy they expanded the geographic protected borders to include the town it takes its name from and changed the name to Glera.

Wildflower PROSECCO

A perfect style for any occasion, our Wildflower Prosecco displays a fine bead of bubbles and is pale in colour. It is soft with attractive pear and citrus blossom notes with a fruity, floral finish with bright, fresh acidity.

Range Life Prosecco

Pale straw coloured with green tints, this wine shows delicate aromas of honey dew melon and peach skin with hints of fennel and fresh yeast. The palate is light and fresh with flavours of green tropical fruits, honeycomb and green apple. A subtle mid palate sweetness is balanced by chalky acidity and a slightly savoury refreshing finish.
