Our blood oranges for our 2022 harvest spirit were sourced from a single orchard near Loxton. The oranges were then peeled and distilled with the finest botanicals within days of picking. Cool nights and sweltering days, typical of the region, produce the perfect growing conditions. Juicy, loud, and playful - they are paired with Riverland lemons and mandarins for citrus contrast and depth.

Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

And its making just as big an impact 140 or so years later, capturing all the glamour and excitement of New York City in a glass. The Manhattan has stayed true to its origins, mixing American Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and traditional Angostura Bitters. During Prohibition (19201933) Canadian whisky was primarily used because it was more readily available. Just like its namesake, and the people who call it home, it has survived wars and prohibition, recessions and depressions.
