Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

The palate is bold with dark fruits such as mulberry and blackberry, as well as a tannin and complex integration of pepper berry and woody flavours.

Ooray Native Plum Gin is a colour take on the Botanic Australis recipe, with heightened addition of strawberry gum to compliment the rich Ooray (Davidson's Plum) flavour. the gin is steeped on Ooray Native plums to achieve a truly Australian experience.
