Laurent Ponsot. A blend of different parcels, sourced across a litany of trustworthy growers and venerated communes in Burgundy. Yellow fruit accents are framed by a wisp of oak, a waft of phenolics and a crunchy skein of mineral pungency. The finish is long and firm, yet this is a wine of immense versatility at the table to be enjoyed on the earlier side.

Premier Cru Montmain's unique terroir of very stony terrain produces a wine with very pronounced mineral aromas, extraordinary power and excellent ageing potential. This Chardonnay by William Fevre shows great structure with good length. Both accessible and very fresh, it shows fantastic concentration.

Our 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense crimson colour. The nose reveals aromas of mixed spices, dark fruits, and toasty French oak. The palate is deep and powerful; showing a ripe spectrum of red to dark fruits combined with star anise, clove, and allspice. The finish is incredibly long, with firm but fine tannins. We consider our 2010 vintage to be the most complete and complex Cabernet Sauvignon produced at Woodlands.

Estate dry-grown vines, planted '69. Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild-fermented in French oak (30% new), matured for 10 months. Bright & complex nose of blossom, stonefruit, candied figs & lemongrass with subtle background oak. Generosity of stonefruits flavours give fruit volume & weight to the palate. A ginger cream spice & texture lending weight with gentle vanillin oak & a fine tannin framework.
