Cockburns Fine White is a blend of young wines from high altitude vineyards that has been matured in stainless steel for up to 18 months to accentuate its freshness. It has a delicate golden colour with crisp, flowery aromas and hints of almond. Cockburns Fine White is perfect for mixing. Served in a large glass over ice with tonic water, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint, it makes the perfect Port and Tonic, but it can also be served chilled on its own.

Oxenberry Pedler Creek McLaren Vale Shiraz
The Hewett and Colton families sailed from England to Adelaide in 1839. Charles Hewitt moved to the Oxenberry farm site in 1840. The fruit for this appealing Shiraz is from the site where Hewet and William Colton planted McLaren Vale’s first vines, fed by a local freshwater spring. The Shiraz is beautifully crafted by McLaren Vale stalwarts, the Scarpantoni brothers, who back in 2007 won the highly prized Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show. Blackberries, plum, a chocolatey texture, with smooth tannins and a touch of savoury spice, means this suits many dishes from herby lamb to tomato pasta.
Barbadillo Pastora Manzanilla En Rama
Pastora is a Manzanilla Pasada that comes from the 'Solear' solera system in Bodegas Barbadillo. It is aged two more years than Solear to allow it to develop greater body, depth and more 'flor' character. The final 'solera' stage of Pastora is in Barbadillo's 'Pastora' bodega. It is a true Pasada with its golden hue, pungent yeast, nut and chamomile flavour and is remarkably smooth.
Two Churches Barossa Chardonnay
A ripe, full bodied style of Chardonnay full of melon fruit leading into rich tropical flavours. There's a good length of citrus acidity running along the palate to keep things fresh, while the oak is gentle and well integrated.
