Fruit was sourced from the De Bortoli-owned Shelleys Vineyard on the eastern edge of the Rutherglen region, and 2021 provided a superb vintage.Deep, dark red. Savoury, earthy & rustic aromas of tobacco, forest floor, dark berries and herbs. Sweet fruit & oak entry in a juicy & fleshy style with red plum, roasted tomato & oregano, long tannins & balanced oak. A jubey young-drinker.

Warner Vineyard Beechworth Roussanne

Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, limited time on skins and racked with full solids into French oak of varying age and sizes including some new (Rousseau) oak. Like all Warner Vineyard wines this was with indigenous yeasts and left on lees until bottling in February 2016. This wine has been treated with minimal intervention including no filtering prior to bottling. This wine has a beautiful colour imparted from the skins and lees.

Since 1921 Buller have been producing fortified wines of opulence and concentration using the traditional solera method. This Fine Old Tawny shows all the characteristics of a quality oak regime; a deep mahogany colour, wonderful spicy, complex flavours and delicate dry finish. Fresh and dry, average of five to eight years. Doesn't exhibit all the typical Flor characteristics, but carries great length, and quite a refreshing finish.

Chambers Rutherglen Liqueur Muscat

Oily in colour and viscosity, aromas of dried apricots, sweet dried Muscat grapes and orange peel abound. The palate has a lovely smooth and viscous mouth feel, with rich, caramel, spicy chocolate-coated dry ginger and orange fruit flavours.
