It is a rich, full-flavoured dry white usually showing some of the exotic aromas associated with Viognier. It comes from vineyards on limestone and clay soils mostly covered with large, rounded, white stones. It is matured before bottling for six months in concrete tanks.

The Flying Winemaker Pinot Grigio

Winemaker Eddie McDougall makes his Grigio in a classic Italian style - it's crafted from King Valley fruit and is crisp, crunchy and refreshing from start to finish.Pale with a faint bronze hue. Citrus, green apple and fresh-cut herbs. Tightly-wound and citrussy with strong layers of lemon and grapefruit, fresh acidity, some gentle bees wax and minerally notes, and a fresh, zippy finish.

Wood Park Wines Wild's Gully Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon blanc grapes are harvested from the Alpine Valley in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and flavours. Bursting with rich fruit notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus balanced with crisp acidity. The fruit was gently crushed and pressed and after settling and racking the juice was fermented using a number of yeast strains to promote flavour and structure. This wine is a light bodied dry white and we recommend that it should be served between 7 and 11 degrees.

Wood Park Wines Pinot Gris

Our Pinot Gris grapes are grown in the Whitlands region of North East Victoria with high elevation that suits Pinot Gris variety. Our production follows the traditional French styling which results in a fresh, crisp palate with honey and pear characters. The grapes are whole bunch pressed gently to avoid picking up colour and any bitterness. The juice is fermented to dryness in a stainless steel tank and then bottled soon after it finishes settling.
