This Zinfandel exudes flavours of plum pudding, black cherry and sweet spices on a rich, mouth filling palate. Hand picked, basket pressed and matured in the finest oak it is. Crunchy red cherries and an enticing blend of Asian all-spice, red liquorice and star anise, developing into warm mocha notes carried by fine grain savoury tannins and graphite notes characteristic of the Cape Mentelle's Wallcliffe vineyard.

A fine and quite flinty modern expression of Margaret River Chardonnay. Finer and leaner it might be in some ways, but the unmistakable power and persistence of the region still triumphs. Complex mealy grapefruit and roasted nut characters on the nose, and a deep and richly intense palate power through to the finish.

Kumeu River Maté's Vineyard Chardonnay is named in honour Maté Barjkovich after he reworked a unique parcel of land in 1990 which was planted to Chardonnay. The resulting wines today are a pure balance between texture and purity. Lifted notes of pear and citrus are complimented by creamy mouthfeel and balanced acid. Louis Latour's Saint-Véran is a wonderful example of the fresh Maconnais style displaying a light yellow colour and a bouquet of musk and toasty brioche aromas. Complex and layered with wonderful fruit purity, Yabby Lake Single Vineyard Chardonnay is a finely structured, tightly honed style. The fruit is a hand-picked field blend of different clones. Each parcel is vinified separately and is pressed into tight grain large French oak puncheons for wild yeast fermentation. Eleven months maturation on lees imparts attractive nutty complexity.

The 2014 Cuvee d'Elevage Cabernet is an outstanding expression of a northern Margaret River Cabernet. Only the best fruit parcels combined with finest French oak lead to a perfumed bouquet of Cassis, ripe berries and cedar.
