Dewazakura Seijo Karakuchi

Seijo Karakuchi is Dewazakura's everyday sake. Seijo means 'with whole heart' and Karakuchi means 'dry'. It has a delicate herb fragrance with subtle fruitiness. It has a smooth mouth feel and palate shows light bodied sake with a hint of mushroom. Finish is clean and crisp. This very versatile sake can be served chilled, room temperature and warm depending on your food choice or the season.

Gekkeikan Baked Apple Sweet Liqueur

A dessert style liquor with a bit of bitterly flavor in the sweetness of grilled apples. By warming it up, you can feel the fluffy cinnamon scent. Add warm "baked apples" with black pepper to create an accent and rich flavor. We also recommend using cinnamon powder or cinnamon sticks. You can also add a few drops of dark ram, and you can enjoy the flavor of baked apples, And a glass is also included.

Kosho Yuzushu

Introducing premium Japanese liquor Kosho Yuzushu, the perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavours infused with the citrusy essence of yuzu, a fruit known for its invigorating taste. This liqueur comes from the Kosho distillery who also produce the Komasa range of flavoured gins. Both are operated by the owners of the renowned Kanosuke Whisky distillery in Japan. This proves the high calibre of this product. Store Kosho Yuzushu in a cool dark place, trying to avoid direct sunlight. Once opened the Yuzushu will last well for at least 8-10 weeks, ideally in a refrigerator. We recommend drinking it with water, on the rocks, straight, or with soda.

Kuro Kabuto Turtle Red Junmai Daiginjo

Another rare sake brewed with black koji from Ikemame brewers in the Fukuoka Prefecture. Its Turtle Red sake is aromatic and complex and exhibits a fine acidity and flavours of red berry fruit and umami on the palate with a rich texture and clean finish. Pair it with finely sliced Wagyu steak.

Shunnoten Junmai Ginjo Sake

The label of this super-premium sake features the warbler that sings in February when it is icy cold, a time when quality sake in Japan is produced. The nose sings of fruit and flower aromas while the palate is a complex fusion of sweet sour and a pleasant taste of Japanese plum on the finish.
