Very pale straw gold appearance. Fairly restrained on the nose with a soft, seamlessly integrated amalgam of vanilla, green tomato and chile peppers followed by traces of mint. A soft light entry expands to reveal a light to medium bodied reposado with a slightly oily texture and restrained vanilla / agave and pepper flavours intensifying towards a deliciously salty finish.
