Pure Margaret River Cabernet ripe redcurrant with a touch of cassis and mulberry overlaid by leafy, violet aromas and dusty cedar notes. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

It has a lovely bouquet of dark berries and mocha with a soft fruit-driven palate of red currants and plums. The palate is soft, juicy and lingering. A number of parcels are sourced for this blend, once the grapes have reached optimal ripeness the fruit is harvested during the cool of night for delivery to the winery. The fruit is destemmed and sent to static fermenters for a long cool fermentation. Once pressed off skins the wine is pressed off to oak barrels for 9 months maturation of 9. From the isolated and elevated Porongurup sub-region, this Shiraz really shows off its cool climate origins with its spicy aromatics and vibrant, flavoursome palate.Full, deep red. Currant, plum, white pepper and cedar oak. Plush and juicy with a deep mix of peppery black fruit and cool climate pepper notes, bright acidity and ripe, velvety tannins driving the savoury finish.

The 2023 Pedestal Shiraz from Margaret River is a prime example of the region's premium wine production. This vintage, crafted by the esteemed Larry Cherubino Wines, boasts a deep ruby color with a slight purple hue. On the nose, the wine presents a bouquet of blackberries, plums, and dark chocolate, accented by subtle hints of vanilla and spice.
