This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. Rosabrook was one of the first wine producing pioneers of the Margaret River region and their expertise is demonstrated in the palate of this medium bodied Shiraz with bright spicy fruit, a richly flavoured middle palate and a long spicy finish. Although Shiraz is a lesser known variety of this premium region, it's examples like this that mean it's gaining a growing following.

An absolutely knock out rosé featuring lovely lifted sour cherry aromas, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours and gorgeous fresh acidity giving it fantastic length. A fantastically complex, balanced and textural rosé ideal for summer afternoons. Lifted fragrant aroomas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.

Swings & Roundabouts Rosé is a beautiful blend produced by the fusion of 59% Malbec with 12.5% Sangiovese and 28.5% Tempranillo grapes. These luscious fruit parcels were picked in the cool of the night and chilled with skin contact. The juice obtained by cold pressing was fermented and then bottled. The resulting blend features a pale coral pink hue. Fresh aromas of spicy fruits fuse with light bramble notes to flaunt a fragrant bouquet. The fruity and vibrant palate packs juicy tropical fruit flavours, supported by crisp and sparkling acidity. These enticing characters provide a soft texture, culminating the wine in a lively and persistent finish. Made for consumption upon release, this magnificent Rosé tastes lovely with ham hock croquette with herb aioli and goat cheese.

A dry elegant Shiraz with ripe berry and spice on the nose flowing generously onto the back palate. The tannins are soft and elegant creating a smooth texture on the palate.

An authentic style of Tempranillo with well resolved tannins and great length of flavour. Some new American oak maturation has imparted a rich toasty vanillin oak note to balance the spicy cherry fruit and earthy flavours of the variety.

This is a 60-40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is elegant and refined showing a clear red-purple colour; a fresh, bright and breezy wine, with red fruits to the fore and balanced tannins to hold the structure together.
