Jasper Hill Georgia's Paddock Shiraz
Jasper Hill and Ron Laughton are true pioneer's and icons in the central Victorian wine region of Heathcote. Georgia's Paddock is the larger of 'Jasper's' vineyards, with 12 hectares planted to Shiraz to produce a wine rich in character and complexity. Always known for it's extreme ageability, Georgia's Paddock Shiraz will comfortably lie down for over a decade to deliver a Heathcote Shiraz simply bursting with concentration.

Shiraz By Farr is one of Victoria's premier cool-climate Shiraz's, made by the iconic Geelong winemaker, Gary Farr. The nose is incredibly complex showing notes of red and black fruits, spice, black pepper and iodine. In the mouth the wine is incredibly fresh. Wonderfully braced fruit and fine framing tannins and an outstanding length.

A wine of great class that expresses the characteristics of the individual sub-zones from which the grapes that compose it come from, in particular the power of Bussia (in Monforte dAlba) sweetened by the elegance of Cannubi (in Barolo) in a perfect balance guaranteed by Terlo (Village of Barolo). With the vintage 2017 we will add also the grapes of Monvigliero (In Verduno). With a brilliant red colour slightly amber with time, exuberant in its fragrance of fruit and spices, of great body, full and velvety with a long nal taste of goudron and spices. The tannic characteristics guarantee a long life in bottle in the best vintages, also 20 years.
Massolino Barolo
First produced in 1911. The fruit for Massolino's classic Nebbiolo cuvée is selected from seven sites, representing roughly seven hectares of prime-sited Serralunga vineyards. The oldest vines that feed this bottling are 55 years old (the youngest are 10), and it spends 24 months in large Slovenian oak (only).

The Maker We owe thanks to Carlo Vietti who started the Vietti winery at the end of the 1800s. Situated, to this day, right in the heart of the Langhe, on the highest point of the medieval village of Castiglione Falletto. Mario Vietti, Carlo's son, returned in 1917 after many years from living in the United States, and took the reins of the company, armed with the knowledge of modern techniques he elevated the winery to produce higher-quality wines. By the end of the 1950s, daughter Luciana Vietti had inherited the winery, together with her husband Alfredo Currado an oenologist and fellow art lover, they merged their knowledge of wine with art and culture. Since 1974 certain Vietti wines have been dressed with specially-designed original works (lithographs, xylographies, etchings, silkscreens, linocuts) inspired by the wine of that particular vintage. From the beginning Vietti has been about commitment and vision, culture and passion. These are the keywords that have contributed to the growth of the Vietti winery and brand, universally recognised today among the best Italian wine labels. The path of quality is traced, thanks to the respect for tradition and careful experimentation, where man and earth have always been able to dialogue. The intellectual, professional, and prospective legacy of Alfredo Currado and Luciana was taken up first, during the 80s, by their son-in-law Mario Cordero and then, starting from the 90s, by their son Luca Currado Vietti, subsequently accompanied by his wife Elena. In 2016, the Krause Family purchased Vietti. Luca Currado Vietti and wife Elena, continued to process and market the wines producing their final vintage in 2021. Vietti has extended the winemaking properties with new, renowned crus in the denomination of Barolo and Barbaresco. In the Colli Tortonesi area, thanks to the purchase of vineyards, the production of Timorasso had its beginning. As in the past, Vietti maintains those founding values - commitment and vision, culture and passion. The same values that animated Carlo Vietti at the beginning, and all his successors. Yeringberg Pinot Noir
The Pinot noir vines used for this wine by Yeringberg were planted in 1969, 1970 & 1974. There are two clones the younger vines are MV6 and the older vines are known as the Rutherglen clone. All the fruit is crushed, de-stemmed and inoculated. Fermentation is generally rapid, with temperatures reaching 32°C. Ferments are plunged by hand every 8 hours. It is pressed as soon as the ferment is dry. The wine is matured in hogsheads, about 30% new, for about 18 months, with 2-3 rackings. Not filtered.

Michele Chiarlo was founded in 1956 by the sole and present owners, Michele and Giuseppina Chiarlo. Son of over seven generations of esteemed wine growers, Mr. Chiarlo is today one of the most respected producers of the fine wines of Piedmont and a leading figure in its viticultural industry.Cannubi is a paradigm of Barolo with features from the Helvation and Tortonian soil, notes of liquorice and sweet tobacco accompanying full round tannins. It reaches complete maturity after 6/7 years with its complexity and aristocracy.
