Great Southern Distillery Limeburners Port Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky is first matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and then in an Australia Port cask. This single malt has fruit and spice aromas straight from the bottle. Add a splash of water and this whisky changes to aromas of port and vanilla with hints of raisins, warm spices, and honey. Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.
