This will last for up to 1 week and will make around 700ml of coffee for your martintis! Method - Shake Place all ingredients into a shaker and add ice on top – make sure you have enough ice to cover the ingredients twice over. Shake like no one is watching! You need to shake vigorously!! And then shake some more! Once you have finished shaking use a double straining method so you don’t get any small ice partials (they don’t taste bad they just ruin the look and the smooth creamy texture you have just shaken so hard for will not feel as nice) Garnish options – 3 roasted coffee beans floating on top, dust with drinking chocolate, or serve just as is!

Starward NOVA is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
