Dark ruby in colour, St Johns Brook Cabernet Sauvignon has bright aromas of blackbcurrant and rosehip on the nose, with a fresh, tart palate of cassis, dark forest fruits and complex dusty tannins.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are sourced from several select vineyard sites located in the Wilyabrup sub region and north to Wildwood Rd in an endeavour to capture ripe fruit flavours, supple tannins and the distinctive perfume of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep and inviting black cherry colour with floral notes of violets and fruity, doughy aromas of just baked blackberry muffins. The palate is soft, inviting, and full of free range forest fruits, vanilla, cocoa and loads of supple, fine tannin. Such a pleasure to drink now but with ample ripe tannin structure to allow for aging up to 5 years.

Wine whisperer Stuart Pym has crafted this pure Cabernet Sauvignon loaded with dusty red cherry and blueberry flavours that hit all the right notes.

This medium bodied and elegant wine is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon enhanced with a small percentage of classic varietals. Following fermentation and extended maceration, the wine has been matured in new and old French oak barriques, producing a complex blend of Margaret River fruit characters including cassis, eucalypt, capsicum, mulberry and plum with secondary notes of chocolate and cedar. 93/100 James Halliday Wine Companion 2016.

Brilliant ruby red in colour. A very attractive bouquet of ripe red fruits & black cherries with floral top notes; the oak totally integrated. Medium to full-bodied with fresh acidity & fine chewy tannins. There’s a vitality to the palate, yet despite the concentration of dark berry flavours, the wine retains a lightness of touch. A delicious wine with a long future. An excellent foil to Eggplant Parmigiana or peppered eye fillet with blackberry glaze.
