The Crazy Ivan IPA is full of malt and hops and most of all is a mouthful of fun. To keep the Crazy Ivan balanced and slightly under control we use big Malts married with Amarillo,Mosaic and simcoe hops. With an an IBU of 50 and a ABV 0f 6% hold on and enjoy the ride!

A clean brew with a delicate hoppiness from the noble French hop Strisselspalt. This draught is perfectly balanced and will accompany a variety of foods such as seafood, pork rillettes, white meats, semi-hard cheese (Comté, Cantal) and brined cheese.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. Viking IPA showcases the American hop variety known as Mosaic. We double dry-hop this beer to give it plenty of pine, tropical and resinous flavours, whilst keeping the bitterness light.

Our Bloodshot IPA is brewed with Red Malt & Oats, giving it plenty of rich malt flavour. Balanced out with a big double dry-hop, there's lots of resinous & piney notes on offer at a surprisingly easy drinking ABV.
