Herradura was the world's first distillery to introduce Reposado or rested tequila when introduced in 1974 and has been producing this excellent style ever since. Aged in American oak barrels for 11 months, giving the tequila a beautiful balance of cooked agave, sweet oaky vanilla & cinnamon.

Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt. Embodying the 'gentle taste of Islay', Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old is an approachable, welcoming whisky. Founded in 1832, the house is the oldest business still operating in the Armagnac. Under the guidance of the Castarede family, six generations on, Armagnac Castarede makes available vintage and non-vintage Armagnacs distilled primarily between 1900-2000 from throughout the Bas Armagnac.

Despite its long ageing, this minimum 30-month blend is not overtly sweet or oaky; it has a drier style, which is full of spice and character from its highland terroir. Cooked agave is present with a fine mixture of dried fruits, almonds and roasted coffee. There is a subtle and masked fudginess reminiscent of dark cocoa that emerges from the depth in its long and slightly dry finish.
