DRAYTONS FAMILY WINE RESERVE CHARDONNAY
The Drayton’s Bull Paddock vineyard, planted in 1965, is the basis for this impressive Chardonnay. This wine is light, golden yellow in colour with a tinge of green. The aromas are of fig and tropical fruits with obvious and well- integrated French oak and yeast complexity. The wine has a round palate with layers of flavour and a well structured mouth feel.
RESERVE SEMILLON
McGuigan Bin 9000 Hunter Valley Semillon
“Yes. Elegant, powerful enough, charming, textural and persistent. The boxes are ticked, the wine is good. It will age but it's already drinking well.” Campbell Mattinson. Witha few years under its belt now, it's drinking even better.
David Hook Hunter Valley Pecorino
The love affair with alternative Italian varietals continues at David Hook wines. Pecorino is a new arrival, but it was well worth the wait. So latent yet complex.Pale lemon. Fresh and lifted aromas of citrus, stonefruit and stuck match. Quite rich, ripe and fruit-driven, with layers of white peach and melon, tangy lemon-lime acidity, creamy mouthfeel and texture, and a dry, mouth-watering finish.
EAGLES REST WILD PLACE CHARDONNAY
Matured predominantly in seasoned oak, TWP is a fresh, and fruit focussed style of Chardonnay. Crisp green citrus fruit, white peach, grassy notes and garden herbs. Maybe an ode to the styles of Chablis, it's racy, flinty and mineral charged.
