The wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island descend from the fruits of the early settlers. They were planted to help sustain them during the long periods between passing ships. They have a unique enveloping aroma, but beware the thorns! In the days of ships and flying boats, a tradition on Lord Howe Island was to throw flower leis into the water from departing launch boats. They inevitably washed ashore to signify their wearers return to the island.

Distilled in small batches at our Gold Coast distillery, Wildflower Signature Gin is a subtle balance of juniper, lemon myrtle and gentle hints of the distiller's backyard honey.

A classic gin nose surrounded by soft woody notes. Complex, rich and exciting. This gin has enjoyed just the right amount of time in an OKD whisky barrel. The subtle malty notes combine beautifully with juniper and hints of citrus notes. An unashamed barrel aged gin, leaving your tongue searching for answers as to why it is simply so delicious.

Created our farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this boutique batch of hand-crafted gin is our homage to the tradition of gin making and the native flavours of Australia. Thirteen botanicals including native sage, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature native sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin. The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin. The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.

Originally from the West Perth based Hippocampus Distillery (launched in 2015), but now based in Melbourne and distilled by Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers and made in small batches, with 10 undisclosed botanicals in the mix, macerated overnight then distilled in a copper pot still. Tasting note: [Batch 9 tasted] Crystal clear. Spicy and fresh aromas of juniper, cardamom and cinnamon in the first pass with air contact emphasising lemon gelato, mineral and mandarine peel. Quite concentrated for the ABV with a lean, peppery juniper entry, followed by flavours of coriander seed, citrus peel and a warming spirit finish. Aftertaste of white pepper and juniper shows excellent staying power. 41.5% Alc./Vol.

Ms Gina is a collaboration between Anther Spirits and the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation, with proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Ms Gina directly supporting the crucial funding of research and programs of the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation. She is sweet with a fizz of orange sherbet and raspberry. A bright citrusy nose with a smooth mouthfeel and subtle warm spice finish.
