Penfolds Bin 407 began life back in 1993 with the release of the 1990 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Created as a result of the availability of high quality Cabernet fruit, Bin 407 is inspired by its older brother, Bin 707. Not only offering varietal definition, but also approachability, structure and depth of flavour. The Bin 407 highlights the Penfolds approach to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending to create a Cabernet that rewards the drinker in both early and later years.

On the palate this whisky opens up fudge and Madeira with apple crumble and Calvados. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note. This is a very sophisticated release from The Glenlivet with the Cognac influence being evident.

Nikka's Miyagikyo Distillery is known for producing delicious, sweet whisky with strong but fruity aromas. This limited edition Single Malt Sherry cask was released in 2015 and one of only 3,000 bottles produced. The purple label is a tribute to the whisky which was aged in Spanish sherry casks. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 Year Old. The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour. Colour - Deep Auburn. Nose - Overflowing with raisins, butterscotch and sweet spices. Taste - The rainbow of sweet spices, raisins and butterscotch develops to banana, orange peel and dark chocolate.

The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the 2 previous years). A large majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards for aromatic refinement, supplemented by Sézannais wines known to provide maturity. Finally, several wines from the north of the Vesle valley give a light, fresh touch.
