We are thrilled to present this latest edition of summer thirst quenching rosés to the range. Located in the picturesque Anjou district of France's western Loire Valley, the region is famous for producing generously flavoured, textural wines with various levels of sweetness. The two red grapes used in production, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc impart a delicious spectrum of summer red berry fruit, combining the classic stylistic descriptor of 'strawberries and cream'.

The palate is rich with an excellent balance of fruit flavours, subtle tannins and a soft, silky finish. We invite you to explore the Saltram winemaking tradition, crafted over 150 years, and exemplified today by their wines. This Barossa shiraz delivers lovely drinking right now. The makers used more stainless steel than oak in its production, thus capturing the vibrant, fleshy fruit flavours of the vintage. Soft tannins add to the fleshy texture and drink-now appeal.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. An elegant and vibrant palate structure with fresh pear flavour. A fine balance of sugar, acid and tannin ensures a refreshing crisp style. Light fresh dough yeast characters enhance the softness and viscosity. Overall crunchy and bright reminiscent of Nashi pear. This Prosecco fruit is harvested in the cool of night to ensure the fruit qualities are preserved and then gently pressed to achieve full flavour.

True to the style that Wolf himself made from the very beginning of this now iconic brand, this is very tasty and enjoyable now yet it has the weight and complexity to improve with cellaring.
