Watervale is a sub region of the Clare Valley renowned for its dry white wines from the Riesling grape variety and this Riesling is sure delight. Pale straw with silver rim and a glossy finish. Vibrant citrus notes of lemon, lemonade and passionfruit. Hints of sherbet, lime sorbet and lime curd. A fresh and clean palate with chalky acid that gives nice structure.

Tom previously honed his skills completing vintages in California, Bordeaux and the Hunter Valley. Given how well reviewed this riesling was, we can safely say hes doing an excellent job producing absolutely stunning cool climate wines. This may be the best-value single vine wine in the country. The cooler climate wine is energetic and precise, rippling with zesty citrus and a bit of blossom, a dusting of talc and sprinkling of lemon thyme. It is a textbook Eden Valley Riesling.
