Domaine Michele & Patrice Rion Terres Blanches 1Er Cru Nuits-St-Georges
The wine impresses with its depth, richness, complexity, length and individuality. With Nuits-Saint-Georges, one thinks immediately of red wine, and it's true: Nuits-Saint-Georges whites are rare. Traditionally, winegrowers in the Côte de Nuits made their whites from Pinot Blanc. Their 1.3 hectares of this wine contains only 10% of that variety. Crystal clear and bright, the wine is pale gold with green tints in its youth, becoming progressively more golden with age. The initial nose is light and floral, evolving into ripe citrus and tart clementine notes. As the wine ages, the aromas turn to white peaches and elderberries. The palate is rich with a noticeable freshness. The Chardonnay component brings structure and a lovely minerality and the pinot blanc adds complexity.
Domaine Michelot 1er Cru Meursault Charmes
This Premier Cru is found mid-slope on the border between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. The slope is very regular at between 3% and 6% and the soil is clay limestone with red earth. The subsoil is a mixture of earth and flat volcanic rock which allows an extensive root system to develop. These conditions bring finesse and a touch of minerality to the wine.

Joseph Faiveley Meursault 1er Cru "Blagny"
Joseph Faiveley Meursault 1er Cru "Blagny" Domaine Faiveley A brilliant light yellow colour. The very pleasant expressive and complex nose opens up with floral and slightly woody notes. The attack is bold and frank, then this wine is full and harmonious on the palate. It has a certain vivaciousness, which gives it good length on the palate and very long-lasting aromas.

Fabien Coche Saint Romain Blanc
Fabien Coche , Auxey-Duresses Blanc
Fabien Coche—fourth generation with over 20 years experience—steers the enviable family domaine that, as William Kelley (Wine Advocate) says, ‘is one of the most underrated sources of high-quality white Burgundy in the Côte de Beaune.’ Fabien Coche's Auxey-Duresses Blanc showcases the potential of this often overlooked appellation neighboring Meursault. Sourced from the limestone-rich lieu-dit of Les Clous, this wine offers a fresh and mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay. The vines, averaging 30 years old, are south-facing and situated between the village of Auxey and its neighboring hamlet of Petit Auxey. Coche employs a gentle winemaking approach, using just 20% new oak and bottling in December after 16 months on lees. The result is a wine with fine, fresh aromas of citrus and white flowers, underscored by a distinct chalky minerality. On the palate, it presents a balance of crisp acidity and subtle richness, with a lingering, elegant finish.
