Benjamin Leroux Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Hauts Jarrons

AR Lenoble Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Vintage

AR Lenoble Champagne AR Lenoble is one of the rare producers in Champagne that has been consistently family-owned and entirely independent since the very beginning. In just over twenty years, the sister and brother owners have quietly yet confidently transformed AR Lenoble into one of the jewels of the Champagne region. The wine is of course made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the grand cru village of Chouilly and originating from one exceptional vintage. 25% of the blend is vinified in oak while the ageing takes place in magnums and the final wine receives a minimal dosage only (2g/l). The resulting wine is dry, exceptionally balanced and complex with great intensity and persistence. A phenomenally fresh palate despite its vintage.

Domaine des Hâtes Pierrick Laroche Chablis 1er Cru Butteaux

Product Information: Butteaux is one of the ‘climats’ of Premier cru Montmains which is regarded as one of the top Premier cru vineyard sites in Chablis lying beside or below Vaillons. Being one of the most southern locations for 1er cru in Chablis it is regarded as a cooler site with slightly later harvest. Here there is a very thin layer of clay which overlays the Kimmeridgian marls. Maker: Pierrick Laroche, the proud owner of Domaine des Hâtes, continues the legacy of his family's estate located in the picturesque village of Maligny, in the north-west sector of Chablis. The name of Pierrick's Domaine, "hâtes" refers to an old agricultural unit of measure, similar to the English rod. It evokes the long and slender fields used for sowing, where the longer rows made plowing easier with fewer turns. The term "hâtes" was often used to describe such fields. Established by his father in the 1970s, Pierrick's family vineyard holdings have gradually expanded over time, resulting in the current size of around 33 hectares. After obtaining a degree in oenology from Beaune, Pierrick embarked on a journey to gain valuable experience by traveling the world and undertaking various internships. Armed with knowledge and a deep passion for winemaking, he returned home to take over the family vineyards and start producing his own wines. Philosophy: Pierrick's cellars, ingeniously built into the side of a hill in the village, allow for much of the winemaking process to be conducted by gravity ensuring gentle handling of the grapes. The vinification takes place traditionally in stainless steel tanks, while some of the Premier and Grand Cru wines undergo a small portion of aging in used barrels, allowing for a full malolactic fermentation. One of his oldest vineyard plots, Les Châtillons, planted in the early 1970s, sits just behind the hill of the Grand Crus and showcases the meticulous use of barrel aging, which adds complexity and depth to the cuvée. In 2016, Pierrick expanded his range by starting a small négoce operation, sourcing must from friends who predominantly farm on the left side of the river. This addition includes premier crus such as Beauroy, Beauregard and Vau de Vey, as well as the grand cru of Bougros. In 2019, Pierrick inherited 8 acres of vines from his father-in-law in the southern sector of Chablis, around the village of Courgis. This inheritance includes Petit Chablis, 5.5 acres of Chablis and just over half an acre of the premier cru Les Butteaux. Pierrick Laroche's dedication to his craft is evident in every bottle of wine he produces. With a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, his wines showcase the unique terroir of Chablis, captivating enthusiasts with their finesse, complexity and distinct character. As Pierrick continues to nurture and expand his vineyards, he upholds the family legacy while leaving his own mark on the world of Chablis winemaking. Nose - Direct, Oyster Shells, Green Apples Developing scents of Granny Smith apples and flint with time in the glass. Palate - Silken, Quince, Concentrated The medium-bodied palate delivers fine acidity that cuts through the rich citrus fruit, along with touches of white peach and a tang of quince. Finish - Light Spice, Persistent, Saline Lightly spiced and quite persistent toward the saline finish. Excellent. Butteaux is one of the ‘climats’ of Premier cru Montmains which is regarded as one of the top Premier cru vineyard sites in Chablis lying beside or below Vaillons. Being one of the most southern locations for 1er cru in Chablis it is regarded as a cooler site with slightly later harvest. Here there is a very thin layer of clay which overlays the Kimmeridgian marls. Nearly 3 hectares extra. This is the first part of Butteaux as you leave Chablis next to Forets… Younger vines planted by father-in-law after some court-noué and it seems to be returning – 12-15 hl/ha in 2022. All barrel elevage again. A more subtle nose – quite direct though. Really a panoramic width of flavour here – silken, a little more apparent concentration/generosity – large-scale wine. Simply delicious but today I’d take the more linear l’Homme Mort. - Bill Nanson, Burgundy Report, January 2024.

Domaine Joseph Colin Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru

Product Description: One barrel, Grand Cru power—Bâtard-Montrachet with grace and grip. From a single barrel and 50-year-old vines, the 2023 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru from Domaine Joseph Colin is a rare release even by Burgundy standards. Sitting beside Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, this small plot delivers the full breadth of Grand Cru weight and aromatic precision—but with Colin’s unmistakable mineral signature and restraint. The nose is rich yet composed—burnt butter, dried apricot, peach and citrus backed by spice and faint honeysuckle. The palate is commanding, with smoky stone fruit, citrus tension and salinity that reins in the power. It's a wine of muscle and finesse, tightly wound yet already layered. Made without bâtonnage or fining, and with minimal sulphur at bottling, this wine is bottled directly from its original barrel. Best cellared through 2036 or longer. Serve with the finest shellfish, white fish or creamy poultry preparations. Tasting Notes NOSE – Deep and expressive Burnt butter, dried apricot, peach, citrus and spice. PALATE – Grand and balanced Layered orchard fruit, smoky weight, citrus bite and saline lift. FINISH – Long and harmonious Structured, tense and deeply mineral with refined persistence. Reviews & Accolades “This retains the Joseph Colin hallmark with remarkable tension and a slight salinity, but there is no doubting the intensity that goes with it.” – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 94–96 Points “Stellar Grand Cru quality... muscular body which holds the weight well. Just the right acidity and fair length.” – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 95–97 Points

Domaine Joseph Colin Saint Aubin 1er cru 'les Murgers Dents de Chien'

Product Description: One of Saint-Aubin’s most serious sites—chalk, cut and quiet power. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Murgers Dents de Chien” is drawn from one of the commune’s highest and most esteemed vineyards, perched just above Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet and bordering En Remilly. From this steep, limestone-dense slope, Joseph Colin crafts a Chardonnay of precision, structure and depth. Made with a minimalist approach—whole bunch pressed, no bâtonnage or fining, and only minimal sulphur at bottling—the wine is fermented in 350-litre barrels and finished in stainless for extra focus. The nose is tight and reductive at first, slowly unfurling pear, stone fruit and white flowers. The palate is taut, layered and deeply mineral, finishing long with chalk and quiet power. It's slightly more coiled than En Remilly this vintage, with a similar potential arc. Cellar through to 2032 or decant now to pair with scallops, crayfish or rich poultry dishes. Tasting Notes NOSE – Tight and complex Pear, white flowers, crisp stone fruit and a touch of reduction. PALATE – Focused and layered Seamless citrus and orchard fruit over chalk and almond nuance. FINISH – Long and mineral Concentrated and precise with a lingering, chalky close. Reviews & Accolades “Currently more tightly wound than En Remilly, but should emerge with a similar result.” – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 92–94 Points “Taut and concentrated, with good depth and a long, chalky finish.” – William Kelley, Wine Advocate, 93 Points

Domaine Joseph Colin Saint Aubin 1er cru 'En Remilly'

Product Description: Limestone precision meets orchard generosity in a top-tier Saint-Aubin. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “En Remilly” is one of the standouts in Joseph Colin’s lineup, offering a plush yet mineral-charged take on Chardonnay. Sourced from two parcels planted in the 1990s—one near Chassagne, the other close to “Les Cortons”—this 0.56-hectare site delivers both structure and charm. It's also the first plot picked each vintage, capturing bright acid and perfect fruit ripeness. Vinified with Colin’s light-touch approach—whole bunch pressed, minimal sulphur, no bâtonnage or fining—this wine is all about finesse. The nose opens with ripe citrus, green apple, and hints of flint and spice. On the palate, juicy white orchard fruit is lifted by stony drive and a thread of marzipan richness. There's no overreach here—just texture, purity and excellent balance. Drink from 2027–2032 or now with a short decant. Ideal with scallops, crayfish or buttery poultry. Tasting Notes NOSE – Bright and generous Ripe citrus, orchard fruit, flinty rock and soft spice. PALATE – Juicy and polished White peach, lemon, fine chalky minerality and a hint of marzipan.
