The De Bortoli Windy Peak Chardonnay is vibrant yellow with green hues, shows fig-like fruit aromas with barrel ferment characters. The full flavoured palate of melon and fig has great mouth feel and texture.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. The chardonnay displays bright notes of citrus blossom, peach fuzz and melon that merge beautifully with rich nuances of crème caramel, lemon curd and vanilla pod. A scattering of nutmeg and preserved pear furthers the texture and flavour on the palate.

The 20th of July 1969 is a significant day in history: not only was it the day that astronaut Neil Armstrong took one small step on the surface of the moon, but also the same day Bill Taylor travelled to, and first set foot on, what was to become their renowned family vineyard. While one stepped on the barren lunar surface, the other stepped on rich terra rossa soils with the hope and determination to craft wines to rival the world's best. Taylors One Small Step Chardonnay displays fleshy yellow peach, subtle pineapple and citrus flavours. There is a refreshing, tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

A complex array of melon fig and cashew aromas is followed by a typically elegant and subtle palate with beautifully integrated oak. Petaluma had set a benchmark in Australian Chardonnay.

The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.

Innocent Bystander produces a stylish Chardonnay that shows stonefruit melon and vanillin oak on the nose. The palate has lovely creamy mouthfeel and flavours of butterscotch and citrus with minerally acidity on the finish.

This fruit forward and textural wine is a great example of Tasmanian Chardonnay, displaying pristine acidity and lifted notes of ripe stone fruit, toasted almonds, and oak spice. Crafted from hand-selected fruit from our premium Tasmanian vineyards.

From the Clare Valley, South Australia this chardonnay shows aromas of peach and cinnamon which develop into lively varietal flavours across the soft and full-flavoured palate in the glass. Fig notes and integrated oak characters offer extra complexity.
