Mojo In Full Colour Prosecco Non-Vintage

South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state. It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines. Marty's resounding philosophy is "wine should tell a story about the terroir in which it's grown, needing lots of love but minimal handling by allowing the growers to do what they do best." Mojo In Full Colour Prosecco is appealing and approachable with aromas of fresh cut crunchy green apple and zingy but creamy lemon-lime highlights, think lemon meringue and fresh strawberries. The palate is soft and approachable with a mouth filling freshness balanced with brilliant crisp acidity. It was then that Nicolas Ruinart, driven by the profound influence of his visionary monk uncle, drafted the historic charter that marked the birth of Maison Ruinart, forever etching its name as the world's pioneer in champagne production. Little did they know that this bold initiative would pave the way for an enduring enterprise that thrives and prospers even after nearly three centuries, leaving an indelible mark on the course of history. During the remarkable period of the mid-18th century, Ruinart made a significant acquisition to enhance its champagne production. The House secured ownership of ancient crayères, subterranean chalk quarries meticulously carved beneath the historic city of Reims. Bestowed with nobility and adopting the esteemed name Ruinart de Brimont in 1817, the family has diligently guided the House for over two centuries. With each passing generation, a new Head of House emerges, bringing forth their unique talents and unwavering commitment to serve the lineage of Ruinart. This steadfast succession ensures the preservation of the family's legacy, as each successor devotes themselves to upholding the traditions and values that define Ruinart. Their collective efforts have propelled the House to unparalleled heights, solidifying its reputation as a bastion of excellence in the world of champagne. ______ Ruinart Blanc de Blancs embodies purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made exclusively. Made primarily with Premiers Crus from the Cote des Blancs, and Montagne de Reims Terroirs, it is intensely aromatic. The blend is 100% Chardonnay from various years (20 to 25% of which are reserve wines from the 2 previous years). The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. A perfect champagne for aperitifs, particularly in spring and summer. It is an excellent complement to seafood and shellfish; perfect with a sea bass or bream tartare. It would also be very good with seared sole. Note - this item does not come with a gift box or bottle wrapping. Intense, fruity, and aromatic, Ruinart Rose owes is sensual elegance to the marriage of Chardonnay, mainly from the Chardonnay premiers crus of the Cote des Blancs, and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallee de la Marne, blended into red wine. The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries, followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes. This item does not come in a box or with the white wrapping.

Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Brut

The first release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the most iconic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagne blending, it is a trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of the region, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character with a soft texture. The striking gold bottle design and unquestionable quality of the Ace of Spades champagne makes it an exceptional bottle of champagne. A marvellously complex and full bodied champagne with a smooth and lengthy finish. A perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier wine. Aromas of apricot, peach, and red berry are followed by crystalized citrus, hints of brioche, and orange blossom. The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of honey, lemon, and vanilla. The mouth feel is creamy and soft, with a hint of toastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.

Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Rose Champagne

12th and 13th generation wine growers, Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son, Alexandre, craft the prestige cuvées of Armand de Brignac. Their dream was to create a champagne of the most exceptional quality, that would represent the best of the best from the region, where their family have grown vines for more than 250 years. The Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Rose Champagne is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavour intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas. Strawberry, currants and cherry on the nose, with floral hints and a touch of sweet almond. The red grape dominance brings a structured palate filled with black fruits, cherries and hints of baked pastry. Ideal as an aperitif or pairs well with truffled veal, duck confit and wild salmon. Pommery Brut Rose Royal

In 1858, Madame Pommery took over as head of Pommery & Greno after the death of her husband. She based the expansion of her House on the creation of wines unlike any others, with one constant demand: quality pushed to the extreme. In matters of taste she was ahead of her time. It was she who created Pommery Nature in 1874, the first brut champagne to meet with commercial success, thereby breaking with the tradition of very sweet wine. A woman in a man’s world, she imprinted her personality on her champagnes. This rose champagne is delicate pale pink in colour with slight tones of salmon. The nose has aromas of small red berries suggesting roundness and softness enhanced by a fine freshness in a world of distinction. Very subtle rosé character across the palate - supple and finely robust with and appealing freshness and liveliness.

Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Rose Non-Vintage

Moët & Chandon’s vines grow on terroirs in the heart of the Champagne region, characterized by their unique geology and climate. Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Moët & Chandon Ice Rose Impérial is the first and only rosé champagne especially created to be enjoyed on ice. A new champagne tasting experience that brings together pleasure, freshness and the free spirit of summer time. The profile of each wine was meticulously chosen for its specific contribution to the assemblage. With a majority of Pinot Noir (45-55%) chosen for both the intensity of the fruit and the structural integration of the dosage, Pinot Meunier (35-45%) to add richness and middle notes of harmony and suppleness, with a small amount of Chardonnay for polished acidity and a refreshing finish. 20% to 30% of especially selected reserve wines round out the assemblage by enhancing its intensity, richness and consistency. Vivid pink with golden highlights and a vibrant, fruity bouquet with scents of fragrant red berries and cherries, nuances of fig and nectarine and an appetizing note of grenadine. The lucious palate combines sweetness and firmness. The sweetness reminiscent of berries disperses and becomes lighter, a harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness with a deliciously bittersweet note of pink grapefruit to finish.

Heidsieck & Co Monopole Gold Top Brut Champagne

Maison founded in 1785 : Heidsieck & Co Monopole is the 4th oldest champagne house. At the begining of the 20th century Heidsieck & Co. Monopole was one of the leading Champagne brands, a supplier by Royal Appointment of several European courts: King of Prussia and Emperor of Germany, the English Court, Swedish Court & the Court of Tsar Nicolas II. Heidsieck & Co produce Pinot Noir predominant Champagnes that please discerning consumers and lovers of great champagnes. In July 2010, bottles over 200 years old were discovered in a shipwreck in the Baltic Sea. Between 1825 and 1830, a cargo galley sank with more than 150 bottles of champagne from different brands on board, including Heidsieck & Co Monopole. In November 2010, oenologists who examined the cargo reported that the bottles included the oldest known vintages of the Heidsieck & Co Monopole brand. Heidsieck & Co Monopole Gold Top Brut Champagne 2012 vintage is light yellow in colour. The nose is smoky, leading to hints of roasted dry fruits and subtle hints of hazelnut. Similar to that of gingerbread and honey. A creamy and round palate with good length and fine acidity. This champagne is best paired with shellfish or fish in a butter or cream sauce.
