LARMANDIER-BERNIER Longitude Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs, Champagne

Fine and pure, the Terroirs Blanc de Blancs is a multi-vintage blend sourced from fruit grown in the grand cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger. A significant portion of the base wines is aged in barrel imparting greater structure and subtle complexity. Following second fermentation the wine spends up to two years on lees.

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon Brut Rosé, Champagne The name Billecart-Salmon comes from the joining of two families by the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. The vintage Rosé Champagne, first created in 1988, is named in honour of co-founder Elisabeth Salmon. This vintage Rosé Champagne is made from 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir; 8g/L dosage

Billecart-Salmon Sous Bois Brut One-third of each of the champagne varieties; one-third reserve wines from the previous two harvests; fully oak-fermented below 16 degrees; aged on lees in barrel with bâtonnage (lees stirring) for 6 months; 7g/L dosage. This Champagne is composed of three grape varieties, Pinot Noir for backbone, character and strength, Chardonnay for finesse, lightness and elegance and Pinot Meunier for roundness and fruitiness.
