Grenache has long been a stalwart of the South Australian wine scene and Penfolds have been blending Grenache with Shiraz since the 1950's. Recent years has seen a growing trend for the luscious perfumed styles like those emanating out of the northern Rhône and the Bin 138 produces a brilliant example. Going from strength to strength, this particular wine is quickly gathering momentum as one of the stand-out releases in the Bin series.

Deeply flavoured with blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with lifted vanilla and spicy notes from new tight-grained French oak. Strong with rich black fruit flavours and structured with a long, complex palate and fine tannins.

The Barossa Valley is renowned for its quality wines, and Cat Amongst The Pigeons Grenache Shiraz Mataró is no exception. A flavour explosion of red fruits, spice, plum and subtle earthiness provide an aromatic nose and balanced palate.

This wine is extremely fragrant, revealing aromas of fresh raspberries, maraschino cherries and peppery spices. The palate is medium bodied with flavours of juicy berries and soft tannins with exotic subtleties of pomogranate and rose. Paxton Rosé combines Shiraz & Grenache, grown using the Paxton smart farming program that focuses on soil health and biodiversity. The bright fruit characters are those of a healthy vineyard. The wine is crisp, flavoursome and refreshing. A delicious rosé with pretty rose petal notes and refreshing raspberry aromas. Serve straight from the fridge for the perfect summer drinking wine.

Following in the footsteps of the highly successful La Planchaliere rosé, we present a sparkling version in a handy can format. The wine is produced from grenache and cinsault and is a beautiful French rosé in colour. The bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such as raspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crispness.

This release is blended from vineyards near the McLaren Vale township, Willunga, Onkaparinga Gorge and Blewitt Springs, chosen for their capacity to capture the essence of the regional style. A medium-bodied wine with a plush palate and bright, vibrant, red fruit characters and lovely spice, this Grenache Shiraz calls for great food, good company and a second glass.

Serafino Sorrento Rose is sourced from our Grenache and Montepulciano vineyards in McLaren Vale. The label is a collaboration with local artist Sarah McDonald and Serafino Wines. This wine is a fruit driven style with strawberry and cream flavours that will leave you feeling refreshed. Enjoy!
