The 2020 vintage in the Barossa Valley started with low spring rainfall, a hot summer, and a warmer than average early autumn. These conditions were ideal for the region’s old vine Grenache, producing wines of high quality with intricate flavours of raspberry liquorice, pomegranate, redcurrant, leather, and dried thyme. Paxton AAA Shiraz Grenache
Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. Bright with juicy red berry fruits and spices on the palate with well integrated oak and tannins, giving this wine a remarkable lengthy finish.
Wild & Wilder Cloud Cuckoo Land Riverland Nero D'Avola Montepulciano Aglianico
An unusual blend of varieties but this wine has the characteristic energy you’d expect from Italian reds. Deliciously succulent with smoky, dark cherry fruit, subtle spice and a mouth-watering finish.
Calcannia Grenache
Sourced from up to 100 year old bush vine Grenache. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. Subtle notions of scorched earth and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced youthful freshness and long juicy aftertaste. Following in the footsteps of the highly successful La Planchaliere rosé, we present a sparkling version in a handy can format. The wine is produced from grenache and cinsault and is a beautiful French rosé in colour. The bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such as raspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crispness.
Chapel Hill The Parson Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre
The Parson GSM is a traditional take on three of McLaren Vale's most important and historical varieties. The wine displays hints of rosemary and aniseed the nose. The big palate is layered with liquorice and dark chocolate flavours that are beautifully interwoven into the textured firm tannin structure.

Their beautiful pale pink color and their light, crisp and fruit-forward palate make them absolutely generous and delicious. Freshness is the signature of this Cuvee, which is perfect served slightly chilled. And easy to drink on any occasion. So the question is: Voulez-Vous Rose anyone? Pale pink color with violet glints. The nose expresses notes of red berries and dark citrus fruits. The palate is a combination of sweetness and opulence with a background of freshness and vivacity. Very coated texture.
