Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir. Bright with juicy red berry fruits and spices on the palate with well integrated oak and tannins, giving this wine a remarkable lengthy finish.

Sourced from up to 100 year old bush vine Grenache. Deep dark red core with black shaded edges and a bright red hue. Sailing from the glass are vibrant aromatics of raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice infused with fresh herbs followed by some delicate spicy earth notes. Rich succulent dark raspberry, ripe cherry and red liquorice fruits are delivered with excellent intensity across the mid weighted palate. Subtle notions of scorched earth and peppered dried herbs lie underneath. Polished tannins finishing with a nicely balanced youthful freshness and long juicy aftertaste. A delicate ‘Provencal’ style rose with wonderful aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus. Cuvee Bijou Terre de Providence has a light, crisp and fresh palate. It is a full-flavoured rose and has a silky, smooth finish.

The wine is medium-bodied with flavours of raspberry and blueberry along with delicious white chocolate characters. The overall texture of this fruit-driven wine is sublimely soft and silky. It is a wonderfully easy to enjoy drop.

Following in the footsteps of the highly successful La Planchaliere rosé, we present a sparkling version in a handy can format. The wine is produced from grenache and cinsault and is a beautiful French rosé in colour. The bouquet presents delicate notes of strawberries and red berries such as raspberries and fresh cherries. The palate dances nicely between fresh fruits, citrus characters and a lovely clean, crispness.

A lively blend of lightly spritzed Grenache wine and rescued Citrus Peel (Lemon and Orange). With a rose red hue, it bursts with zesty citrus notes, complemented by red fruit flavors like raspberry and wild strawberries.
