Chateau Bellini en Provence
Château Bellini Côteaux Varois en Provence Rosé Formerly known as Château Mira Luna, The 100ha property (including its 7ha vineyard) was part of the much larger Miraval estate and was retained by its American owner, Tom Bove when he sold to Brad Pitt in 2008. The sites elevation, limestone soils and undulating landscape make its vineyard one of the best in the superior Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. Since 1993 Bove has renovated and replanted, adopted organic practices and kept yields low all in the name of improving quality. A blend of Syrah and Cinsault, Château Bellini is a dry rosé wine of substance, with more texture and richness than the norm with plenty og purity and freshness.

Saint Max Provence Rose
Saint Max Rosé is named after Saint Maximin d'Aix, the legendary first bishop of Aix-en-Provence from the 1st century AD. According to the legend, he was the steward of the family of Mary Magdalene and her brother Lazarus and sister Mary at Bethany. Around the year AD43 he fled the Holy Land with them in a rudderless and sail-less boat. Miraculously they survived to land at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, in the Camargue near Arles. After landing in the Camargue, Mary Magdalene and Maximin began to convert the local people in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. came to Marseille and converted the local people. Later in life, according to the founding legend, Mary Magdalene retired to a cave in the Sainte-Baume mountains until, on her last day she came to Maximin so that he could give her communion and arrange her burial. Her sarcophagus is now at the Basilica of St Mary Magdalene at Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, the town named after Maximin. Today Saint Maximin is the patron saint of the diocese of Aix. The vineyards are located in the inner valley of the Cuers plain, on the foothills of the Massif des Maures, and on the arçois inland country at the foot of these same mountains. Saint Max Provence Rose 2020 is whole-bunch pressed with short skin contact to ensure a pale and bright hue as well as an intense aromatic expression. In order to preserve the natural acidity and freshness of the wine’s aromas, the malolactic fermentation is not processed. Aging on fine lees in tanks for 3 months before early bottling. Pale pink colour, intense citrusy grapefruit and peach notes and a delicate, intense mid-palate. Ideal as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes or fresh prawns.
Chateau Mont-Redon Reserve Côtes du Rhône Blanc
Château Mont-Redon will be familiar to those who know and love Châteauneuf-du-Pape being well recognized as the owners of one of the most highly regarded vineyard sites in the appellation. With almost 100 hectares under vine, the majority of Mont-Redon’s vineyards are located in the appellations most favoured area, the high plateau which is covered in the large round pudding stones that Châteauneuf is so well known for. This remarkable property is in fact a single vineyard.
Domaine de la Croix Bastide Blanche

Daniel Gomez Jimenez Landi Las Iruelas Grenache, Sierra de Gredos, Castilla Y Leon
Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi Las Iruelas Garnacha Las Iruelas (taking its name from the Valle de Iruelas) is Dani Landis 1er cru single-vineyard, or vino de parcela Garnacha that from vines that sit 1000 metres above sea level in the village of El Tiemblo. Like all of Dani Landis wines, the fruit comes from biodynamically grown, hand-tended old vines. These vines are 60+ years-old and sit on steep, east facing slopes. The rich and complex Sierra de Gredos soils are made up of sandy granite, schist, quartz and clay. The wine is made with the same care as all of Landi's wines, both the 1er crus and the village style. Whole bunches are fermented in open vats using natural yeasts, managed with pigéage, and aged for 16 months in 500L French oak barrels. The wine style shows bright acidity, juicy red cherry fruit and a muscularity owing to the use of oak. With just a couple of years bottle age, the tannin settle, the red fruit develops and the wine achieves a new level of sophistication. Discover Landi >

Wallace is an ancestral name of Colin's wife, Judith, whose family hail from the old market town of Cupar in Fife, Scotland. Judith's Celtic ancestry is reflected in the three elements of the Wallace symbol - the Celtic cross, thistle and the Celtic knot pattern.
