Fortaleza Tequila Blanco

This outstanding tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave in the town of Tequila itself. The Blanco is a remarkable, soft and smooth tequila - the best example of a heartland tequila available.

KOVAL Four Grain

KOVAL Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled from single barrels at 94 proof. Only the heart of the distillate is used. Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest.

KOVAL Bourbon

KOVAL Distillerys organic, single barrel bourbon has the requisite mash bill of at least 51% corn, but instead of the usual rye or wheat supplement, they have included millet. Tucked away in a charred new American oak barrel to age, millet and corn learn to complement each other, neither taking the lead.

KOVAL Millet

The KOVAL Millet is aged in new American oak barrels from Minnesota. Millet is a prized grain in Asia and Africa and popular base for spirits in Nepal, though this is the first whiskey to be made from Millet. Only the heart cut of the distillate is used, no heads or tails.

Mars Maltage Cosmo Japanese Whisky

Aged in bourbon, sherry and American White Oak new casks, "Cosmo" blended malt whisky is named after a mountain in the Japan Central Alps close to the Mars Whisky Distillery.

Oyama Yumehibiki 5 Year Old Nikka Whisky Umeshu

Using locally grown Oushukubai plums from Oyama, Oita which are said to be the best for ume brewing. Umeshu that has been aged for 3 years is then matured for a further 2 years in white oak barrels previously used for the maturation of Single Malt Nikka whisky. Comes with handmade Wooden Gift Box, and wrapped in a Furoshiki. Aromas of honeydew, stone fruits, almonds, apricots, brioche and malt, oak flow across the nose. The palate is rich with the fruity sweetness of plums, almonds, apricots and dried fruits with notes of Yamazaki malt. The impression of ex whisky barrels delivers some vanilla and woody notes to the finish. Slight bitterness to finish.

Cape Byron Australian Single Malt Whisky

Nestled amongst coastal rainforest in the Byron Bay hinterland, our terroir is uniquely influenced by the powerful Pacific Ocean. 'The Original' is matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and is a whisky true of its natural environment. The colour of a Byron Bay sunset. The palate offers soft vanilla, crème brulée and biscotti characters, layered over distinct notes of pear, coconut and buttery macadamia.

Made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, then matured for its entire life by the shores of Lochindaal in premium American oak.
