Buckley’s is a full-bodied ‘straight’ rye whisky made with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Aged for a minimum of two years in charred new American oak barrels, Buckley's is an incredibly smooth rye whisky with rich vanilla and caramel notes that perfectly complement the subtle spiciness of the dry rye. This is a whisky best enjoyed neat, in an Old Fashioned or a Buckley’s Rye & Dry with fresh lime. It is ideal for every occasion.

Made and bottled in Albany, WA this complex and elegant single malt whisky is distilled in traditional small batch copper pot stills from local barley. Thjis malt is aged in American brandy casks before being finished in sherry casks. Initially aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks followed by aging in Australian sherry casks, this is a special whisky filled to the brim with character. A medium, tending full bodied whisky, filled with intense rasinous fruit, subtle vanilla character and measured savoury spice. Available in selected stores only, very limited stock.

Two-Fold is a double-grain whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels. It's a balanced, approachable and versatile sipping whisky that also works beautifully in a mixed drink.

More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. Morris Sherry Barrel is a mature style single malt whisky that highlights the perfect balance of oak, malt, and sherry barrel influence. Maturated in a combination of French and American oak ex-Australian red wine casks and finished in barrels that have held our Morris of Rutherglen 10yr-Aged Amber Apera (Sherry). The Aged Amber is a full flor fino, produced predominantly from the Palomino grape. It exhibits a drier style, showing elegance and complexity from years of long-term aging in cask, making it a beautiful compliment to the whisky. The result is a well-integrated and very approachable Australian single malt which the broad whisky consumer can embrace. Bottled at 46% ABV. Colour: Tiger-eye gemstone with copper highlights. Nose: Spun toffee, baked fruit flan with peach compote and fresh sherry cask notes. Palate: It has a unique Rutherglen character of being produced from all Australian ingredients and finished in Morris of Rutherglen award winning Apera casks. Producing a well-structured whisky with subtle spice, toasted nut and clean oak characters. Finish: Delicious, candied lemon with gentle sage and marjoram herbal profile. Primary maturation in combination French & American oak ex wine casks, followed by an extended maturation in Morris multi award winning ex fortified Muscat barrels. Deep rich copper with reddish hues. Rich with dates, figs and sweetness of dark molasses. Well balanced and complex. Dried fig, sweet malt, vanilla and spices with creamy mouth feel on the palate. The finish displays superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.
