The Bladnoch Bicentennial Release has been matured for 29 years in Oloroso Sherry casks and finished in Moscatel casks for a final 18 months. Only 200 bottles were made to celebrate 200 years, making this an extremely rare release. Colour: Chestnut gold. Nose: Lovely rich old Sherry aromas, acacia, honey, beeswax, orange, fruitcake, a whiff of coffee and a hint of chocolate. Palate: Soft and silky Sherry flavours. Dark chocolate, ginger, spicy citrus notes, balanced oak and a hint of ground black pepper. Finish: Warming with a hint of honeyed spiciness. Satisfying and long.

Introducing the oldest Bladnoch's release, a 30-year-old Single Malt Scotch whisky matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and Moscatel casks. Made from two exceptional and rare casks, the Bladnoch 30-year-old Release is matured in a combination of Oloroso and Moscatel Sherry casks. The exquisite whisky imparts floral notes with dried apricots and nutmeg. On the palate, you can expect a rich almond and marzipan flavour along with Seville oranges, the finish is surprisingly light and fruity with a hint of cracked black pepper.Limited to a 950-bottle release worldwide.

This four-cask matured, extra-aged Benriach was first offered in 2018 and now debuts in Australia. Matured in a combination of Bourbon, Virgin oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry and red wine casks, Head Distiller, Rachel Barrie describes it as full of candied peel, honeyed malt and barley sugar flavours. 46% Alc./Vol.

A richly sumptuous single malt, interwoven with mellow smoke and a masterful curation of oak. Crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and four cask matured for at least twenty five years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks and Madeira Island wine casks. During long maturation Benriach’s sweet Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with the fruit, malt and oak. After twenty-five years, rich layering develops into caramelised smoke, further enhanced through multi-layered cask maturation. Cardhu 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml (Special Release 2022) was matured in re-fill and re-charred American oak, then finished in Jamaican pot still rum-seasoned casks. A richer, fuller nose that has the hallmark traits of rum-finished whisky, there are soft fruits and pastry notes on the nose. The palate is spicier, certainly drier, and has hints of ginger, stone fruits, and perhaps some mint or eucalyptus.
