A much-loved single malt, Cardhu is an easy-going, charming Speysider. This has been aged for longer than the regular 12 year old expression, and the extra three years combine the distillery's characteristic orchard fruit, barley sugar malt and cake spices with richer tropical fruit and vanilla notes.

Weighing in at an impressive 51% ABV, 'The Celebratory Blend' takes its inspiration from a “breakthrough moment” in John Walker & Sons’ history – the debut of 'Old Highland Whisky' in the 1860s, the company’s first commercial blend to travel from Scotland to across the globe. Described as “rich and complex” the blend revisits the flavours from the Walker family’s grocery store in the 1860s and uses liquid from distilleries that were in operation at the time.

A first-edition Kilchoman up for grabs! The Machir Bay range is Kilchoman's core expression, first launched in 2012, the year it won the prestigious IWSC 2012 Gold Award & Best in Class. Bottled once a year, each release contains more mature material allowing Kilchoman fans to follow the development of the malt as it ages. 46% Alc./Vol.

Here we have another quadruple decader from Bunnah', only this time hand-picked from a single cask with a yield of just 492 bottles. Bottled without chill filtration or colour additions at a natural cask strength of 42.4%, anticipate a wonderfully complex dram. According to the bottlers, it aromatic range includes fresh fruits and confectionary, with plums and quince battling caramel and bubblegum while ginger spices marry the underlying biscuit malt character with gentle floral notes. The palate is described as juicy, and expectedly honeyed, with touches of wild meadow, damp cedar wood and tobacco. Also beautifully presented. Very limited stocks.

Fresh, sweetly fruity and smooth-bodied, Caol Ila 12 YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky delicately balances a range of tastes. The clean, appetising nose shows subtle citrus fruit with just a puff of smoke. Firm and smooth, it begins sweetly then yields a fragrant smokiness and a sweet-smoky, lingering finish.

Ardmore Legacy is a new offering from the Ardmore distillery. It is a single malt that bridges the flavour gap from lighter Highland malts to the peatier Island and coastal malts of Scotland. The Ardmore distillery's location in Kennethmont is geographically unusual; sitting on a railway line that was once at the heart of the industrial revolution and drawing its source of water from the opposing hills, The Ardmore is a rogue amongst more conventional distilleries, standing proudly on the fringes of the Highlands. The Ardmore Legacy celebrates this position with a liquid that is peated yet light, sweet and uplifting.

The Singleton of Dufftown Malt Master Single Malt Scotch Whisky, aged in hand picked barrels, is a smooth whiskey with a sweet taste. Notes of vanilla, honey, fresh pear and rich fruit with a touch of ash round out the flavour, especially, if enjoyed neat.

Collectors note: Springbank's labels almost always arrive with minor wearing and markings, most often to the top of the front labels. This is unavoidable. If you are likely to be disappointed by minor label scuffing, we recommend you don't buy these whiskies. The 2023 Release is limited to 3,600 bottles and has been partly matured in sherry and rum casks for a distinctively rich flavour profile. The exact breakdown is 45 % ex-bourbon, 20 % ex-sherry, 20 % ex-rum and finally 15 % ex-port wine casks. Expect a balance of balance of complexity and fruitiness. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

What's reported to be a distinctive and very high-class Glenrothes that will appeal to collectors. 203 bottles were released via Belgian independent bottler, The Whisky Jury in late 2022. Non chill filtered. Very limited stocks.
