This Platinum bottling has been limited to only 250 bottles making this one of the worlds most exclusive Irish whiskeys. Having been distilled in 1983 and allowed to rest for over 30 years in Bourbon cask, this limited edition whiskey has been hand selected by our Master Blender for its distinctive taste qualities. The whiskey has inherited a huge amount of character over its 30 year journey leading to a complex floral nose with deep layered flavours and a long luxurious finish. From the home of traditional Irish Pot Still Whiskey, Midleton Pot Still is a combination of styles of the triple distilled Pot Still Whiskey matured exclusively in American Oak Barrels and specially selected to pay tribute to the art of the Distiller

A smooth, blended Irish whiskey with a complexity created by triple cask maturing in virgin and seasoned American oak as well as ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Robust nose with pronounced oak spice, rich dried fruity notes, butterscotch, earthy spices and vanilla. With time it develops in dryness and becomes slightly more savoury. Dry finish, earthy spices, and a hint of sweetness. Their signature process involves three types of casks: virgin casks add flavours of toasted oak and vanilla, Tennessee whiskey and bourbon casks add flavours of caramel, banana and butterscotch, and sherry casks add flavours of raisin and spice. Its triple mouth-watering.

blend of Irish Malt and Irish Grain Whisky is gently rested in Select Bourbon Casks bringing out beautiful overtones of vanilla sweetness.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

Nose: Apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. Palate: Sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath Finish: Long and creamy with hints of pear and citrus zest remaining.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

The Renaissance Series 4 consists of 18 Year Old Single Malt that was aged initially in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in high quality, ex-Pineau de Charentes wine casks, imparting pressed grape and candied dried fruit flavours of apricot and pineapple character. Limited to just 9,000 bottles, the resulting Single Malt is then bottled at 46% with no chill filtration.

The Teeling Whiskey Wonders of Wood (WOW) Single Pot Still is a new limited edition series of unique bottlings of Dublin distilled Single Pot Still given maturation in unique wood barrels. The first edition of our WOW bottlings, which was honoured as the Worlds Best, consists of Single Pot Still crafted from a recipe of 50% malted barley and 50% un-malted barley, which has been triple distilled in the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin and then fully matured in virgin Chinkapin American White Oak barrels. The First Edition of this new WOW series is limited to 9,000 bottles globally.
