Discover an unconventional take on a classic Irish style of Whiskey. The first Whiskey to be distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, our Single Pot Still pays homage to a Dublin style made famous by the old, now closed, Dublin Whiskey Distilleries. 50% Malted and 50% Unmalted.

Nose: Apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. Palate: Sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath Finish: Long and creamy with hints of pear and citrus zest remaining.

Aromas are big and robust with a touch of treacle toffee and sweet spice. This whiskey is full boded, it's dominate by praline, honey and caramelised fruits and toasted nuts. The finish is deep and is jammed with berries and dark chocolate.

The Pogues Irish Whiskey is mahogany oak in colour, a Strong malt with a aromas of slight citrus, cracked black pepper and a lingering sweetness.

Matured in Bourbon and sherry casks, The Busker Single Pot Still is a style peculiar to Ireland, with both malted and unmalted barley in the mash; otherwise it's kind of similar to single malt, delivering more body and richness than a single grain alternative.
