Chopin Family Reserve Vodka

The world’s first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Naturally gluten-free, Family Reserve features a special variety of young potato that was planted during the 2016 growing season in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes were harvested when they were still young, producing a sweeter tasting profile with delicate earthy notes. The spirit was then left undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years to allow time for it to rest and mellow before being bottled, by hand. Tasting Notes: Nose: Hints of spice accenting a gentle sweet musk.

Legend of Kremlin Russian Vodka (Red Book)

In 1430 the monk Isidore discovered a manuscript that had fallen into oblivion. A few days later, with trembling hands, he made his way to the copper distillery. There he watched intently as the clear liquid was poured from the cauldron. He held a glass underneath and peered into the colourless liquid. His devotion, tradition, striving for purity and relentless testing truly helped develop the original formula for vodka. Vodka became a vocation for Isidore. Constantly searching for improvement to make vodka so unique that every sip is a joy to drink. Soon the Russian royal family also discovered this delicacy. Isidore wanted to keep his recipe a secret, but unfortunately he was not able to do so. Vodka spread from country to country. Every brewer developed his own variant. Due to its popularity and the many variations, it was feared that Isidore's perfection would disappear forever. But today Isidore's creation is known as the Legend of Kremlin. Only the most luxurious grain of Russia is used for the production. This vodka is distilled in tailor-made copper kettles. It is distilled five times. A high-quality filter made of marble, silver and platinum is used to produce this unforgettably pure liquid. The golden bottle is also something special. The exclusive Romanov imperial coat of arms is depicted in the middle of the bottle. The elegant, hand-made bottle has the shape of a traditional Russian crystal carafe from the 15th century.

Chopin Rye Vodka

Chopin Rye is the second of three premium vodka's now produced at the Podlaska Wytwórnia Wódek Polmos distillery in Poland, which also include Potato and Wheat. Each release aims to showcase the unique textures and flavours found through production of each primary ingredient, as opposed to total neutrality. The final product is created utilising golden rye, grown in the Podlasie countryside of eastern Poland. The mash is distilled four times and five times filtered to create a texturally soft and fruity flavoured Vodka synonymous with the Rye grain.
