Don Julio Tequila
A small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. Gran Patrón Burdeos is crafted in very limited quantities from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. Twice distilled and aged in used American and new French oak barrels, it is then finished in vintage Bordeaux wine barrels, which impart a dark amber colour and a taste that's velvety smooth with hints of vanilla and raisins. The companies entire tequila-making process takes place at Hacienda Patrón, where they only make Patrón. And they take pride in everything about it. From their eco-friendly reverse osmosis irrigation system to the agave byproduct they recycle. And most importantly, in the people involved in making our tequila – 60 hands from beginning to end.
Tequila Fortaleza Blanco
In 1999, Guillermo Erickson Sauza decided to bring back the old Sauza family distillery to life. Today he produces Tequila Fortaleza there using 100% stone-milled agave, entirely produced on the estate which lies right in the middle of the town of Tequila. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is unaged. It has an amazingly soft texture and vegetal sweetness with a long and satisfying finish.
