Shunnoten Junmai Ginjo Sake
The label of this super-premium sake features the warbler that sings in February when it is icy cold, a time when quality sake in Japan is produced. The nose sings of fruit and flower aromas while the palate is a complex fusion of sweet sour and a pleasant taste of Japanese plum on the finish.

Shirayuki Junmai Ginjo Akafuji Sake
A premium, dry sake produced with glossy rice polished to at least 50% of its original size. Light and complex, it has a fragrant nose of white chocolate, caramel and vanilla, leading to a fresh citrus fruit palate with a crisp, clean finish.
Konishi Kokuagari Junmai Sake
One of the most iconic sake labels, it is brewed using classic koji and delivers a texture and aroma that is rich and dense. Namazume means one time pasteurised which contributes to the full-body of this sake and the distinct flavour of the high- quality rice. It exhibits fragrant aromas of fruit and flowers with a dash of green apple and stone fruit that follow through to the palate. Pair it with agedashi tofu.
Choya Uji Green Tea Umeshu

Kuro Kabuto Turtle Red Junmai Daiginjo
Another rare sake brewed with black koji from Ikemame brewers in the Fukuoka Prefecture. Its Turtle Red sake is aromatic and complex and exhibits a fine acidity and flavours of red berry fruit and umami on the palate with a rich texture and clean finish. Pair it with finely sliced Wagyu steak.
Choya Kokuto Umeshu
This is another great product from the world most famous Umeshu distiller CHOYA, OSAKA JAPAN. This time, Choya blend Japanese Ume fruit with brown sugar, black rum & black vinegar to make its taste rich, sweet & even a bit smoky.
