Admiral Rodney Rum Royal Oak

HMS Royal Oak has a blend of 7 to 12 years. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45 plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours which enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. All rums in the range are from Coffey Still distillates and have been aged in American white oak Bourbon casks.

Admiral Rodney Rum Princessa

HMS Princessa contains rums aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45-plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavours that enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany colour with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, créme brûlée tones and balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel and tropical spice.

J.M Rhum Jardin Macouba White Agricole

Unseal the mysteries of Rhum J.M Jardin Macouba. This limited edition of premium white Rhum Agricole will take you by surprise with its particularly floral aromatic profile, resulting from the cane sugar juice's long fermentation in our vats before distillation. Its rounded palate and perfect balance will bring your tasting experiences to another level enjoyed pure or in Ti'Punch. Tasting Notes: Nose: Silky and delicate with nice notes of Moringa, Violets and Cane flowers. Bumbu Rum

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Cuban Rum

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Rum is the result of three stages of ageing. Firstly, liquors are aged for at least 4 years before being blended into the base rums. Base rums are distilled from cane sugar and ages for 3, 7 or 25 years. This new 15-year-old rum is further barrel aged, rounding out the profile.Dark amber in appearance with aged, Santisima 15 Year Old has woody notes, toasty nuances and dried fruit aromas. The flavour is long, combining sweetness and a slight bitterness well integrated with almond and walnut flavours.

Ron Los Valientes Caribbean Mexican 20 Year Old Rum

A stellar range of Mexican (yes, Mexican) rums named after the valiant Mexican fighters during the Mexican Revolution. The Villanueva family are 3rd generation of rum producers who hone their skills in the town of Cordoba, on Mexico's coastal province of Veracruz. Veracruz has been famous for its high quality sugar cane plantations since the sixteenth century when the grass was first introduced to the America's by the Spanish. Los Valientes 20 year old is a blend of 70% pot-distilled rum from sugar cane juice (rhum agricole) and 30% colum-distilled molasses rum, charcoal filtered before being aged 20 years in white oak casks. Each bottle is hand numbered and hand signed. Nose: Molasses and treacle, rancio, cocoa and toasted oak. Palate: Earthy nuttiness with marzipan, dark chocolate with exotic spices to finish.

Phantom Spirits x Mikkeller Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Beer Cask Aged Rum is produced with coffee liqueur and barrel aged rum. This Denmark produced rum has coffee, coconut, fig leaves, and nuts on the nose. The palate is similar with coconut, coffee, nuts, hints of wormwood and anise from the previous (absinthe) barrel aging.

Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva Solera 23 Rum

The Matusalem Rum company was started by the Camp brothers in 1872 as a family affair. The "new" Cuban rum rapidly caught on in the world's markets. In the early 1940's the company experienced a period of tremendous growth and by the 1950's it had already captured 50% of the Cuban market, making it the leading rum sold in Cuba. Today, descendents of the founders produce Ron Matusalem in the Dominican Republic. The brand “Matusalem” was named after the Biblical Patriarch, Methuselah who was said to have lived for 969 years, so symbolising the patient ageing and old world craftsmenship used to give Ron Matusalem Rum its exceptional flavour. The key to Matusalems’s Gran Reserva rum’s complexity is the Solera aging process where various mature rums are carefully blended together.
