Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.

A smooth-well rounded oak flavour with a distinctive woody aroma, mixed with sweet caramel and subtle notes of toffee and butterscotch.

This rum is from 2016 harvest molasses that has been aged in 3 x 225 litre, uncharred shiraz casks. Consists of Cask Number 81,83 & 87. Bottled in April 2021 at 47.5% Alc it is a numbered release. With an initial limited release of 700 bottles. Colour: Our Rum is crimson red to rich brown and caramel, aged in uncharred Shiraz Casks from a locally sourced Riverina Winery for 4 years, it contains natural colouring and flavouring from the casks with a rich molasses finish. Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.
