Okayama Craft Gin Sakura Cask Finish is distilled using rice shochu as a base plus a blend of more than a dozen classic botanical including coriander, lemon peel, juniper, lavender, and orange. Unique to this gin is the Okayama region famous Momo white peach. Finished in a barrel made from Sakura (Japanese Cherry Blossom) imparting a sweet wild berry note. The resulting gin has aromas of citrus, lavender, peach, and wild cherry across the nose. The palate comes together with a blend of juniper, Mikan/Hetsuka orange and yuzu lemon, kumquat, Saigon cinnamon. he cask influence adds brioche, cherry candy and marzipan.

This artisan style gin has a combination of 9 botanicals including locally sourced Tasmanian lemon myrtle and pepperberries. Produced for every gin lover, the resulting drop is full flavoured with a strong finish. This gin can compliment any cocktail, but per the sailors orders, its best served as is. Its name sake comes from the legendary seafarers of old and their love for a decent drop of gin. These sailors would often help themselves, below deck, to a nip or two of gin and to cover their heinous crime, they would then water down the ships gin supply. However, to tell if the gin had been watered down from Navy Strength, the Captains of these wayward salty crews would use a simple test.....If you pour a gin on gunpowder and it still catches alight - it's still good !

Kyoya Hinata Small Batch Gin is distilled with generous amounts of juniper complimenting the piny flavour and provides this gin its signature warmth. Botanical extracts from hebess citrus, kumquat, yuganatsu citrus from the sunny Miyazaki prefecture have been added. A beautiful afterglow of cardamom and chamomile shine through.

The Gin St. Laurent is a breath of sea air laden with salt, powerful floral and herbaceous notes interspersed with a pine-wood aroma reminiscent of Quebec’s boreal forest. This gin is complex, resulting from an improbable union of aromatics from the four corners of the globe and algae of the St. Lawrence. A first floral and herbaceous approach gives way to notes of pinewood followed by citrus scents, pastry flavours, and a peppery hint. The laminar alga, also called Neptune’s harness, gives the Gin St. Laurent its characteristic greenish colour and a soft mineral and slightly iodised finish.
