Tarsier Gin Southeast Asian Dry Gin

The flavours of Southeast Asia in a glass; distilled with Calamansi, Galangal, Thai Sweet Basil and Kampot Pepper. Taste: Lime and mandarin at the fore. Herbaceous notes and ginger spice linger underneath, with a long peppery finish. Perfect Serve: Classic Indian tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and slice of ginger.

Ink Sloe & Berry Gin

Starting with our gin base, its distilled with juniper berry, coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Sloe berry mingles with Davidson plum, both fruits giving the gin a tart flavour base. This tartness is balanced by an explosion of berries, cherries and jaboticaba, otherwise known as the Brazilian grape tree. And it wouldnt be Ink Gin if it didnt star a vibrant floral infusion. The final ingredient is native Australian rosella flowers. The rosella flower, a hibiscus found in the tropical northern parts of Australia, is vibrant in colour and has a crisp, tart flavour. The perfect companion to balance the sweeter botanical counterparts in Sloe & Berry. This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus.
